Executive Chef Devin Summers and his staff extend their most gracious welcome by providing you with their collection of comfort food sure to remind you of a home cooked meal.  The menu is adorned with a full selection of appetizers, sandwiches, traditional Irish entrées, modern Irish entrees and scrumptious desserts. 

Irish food is like a song, it is simple and tasty on the tongue while filling and wholesome for the body and spirit.  In short pub food is comfort food.  Our staff at Ashling on the Lough is proud to present many traditional as well as modern Irish dishes.  We hope that you will find our food flavorful, our service warm and generous and our tariff moderate.

Mixed baby greens, ripe tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced sweet onions, and garlic croutons. Served with your choice of Peppercorn Ranch, Lemon Garlic Parmesan, Bleu Cheese, Raspberry Vinaigrette, or Balsamic dressing.  $3.5

Cod fillet breaded with seasoned cornmeal, served in a flour tortilla with scallion and cilantro cabbage slaw, topped with a sriracha lime chili sauce. $8

A hearty stew with slow cooked sirloin, rutabaga, turnip, potatoes and seasonal vegetables in a perfect blend of spices. $12

Grandma Flanigan's Pot Roast
Tender slow cooked beef served with sauteed fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes and covered with our Guinness gravy.  $12

County Clare Meat Loaf
A special blend of beef, veal and pork perfectly seasoned and baked.  Served with a Worcestershire cream and caramelized onion gravy with fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes.  $11

Fish and Chips
One of Ireland's favorite dishes.  Fresh cod in our own Smithwick's Irish Ale batter, deep fried and served with steak fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce. $13

Castledaly Lamb Shank
Succulent lamb shank slow cooked with Guinness and root vegetables served over mashed potatoes with Guinness gravy. $17

Gaelic Steak
Pepper crusted and served medium rare over roasted garlic polenta with a Cabernet caper sauce.  $22

PrimeTop Sirloin
10 oz Prime Certified Angus beef grilled medium rare over horseradish whipped potatoes and a shallot cognac jus.  $20

Cider Roasted Duck Breast 
Pan seared over roasted butternut risotto with a black pepper apple cider glaze. $15

Balsamic Glazed Pork Rack
Pan roasted and served with caramelized shallots, roasted sweet potato mash, and balsamic reduction.  $16

Orange Roughy
Panko crusted over a black bean puree with an orange chipotle sauce.  $16

Sea Scallops
Pan seared over scallion risotto, carrot ginger sauce, and sweet soy syrup.  $19

Rip’s Chicken
A grilled skin on breast served over mushroom parmesan spaetzle, and a roasted red onion vinaigrette .  $16

All mains are showcased with our homemade Irish brown bread and Kerrygold Irish butter.

Light and decadent white and bittersweet chocolate, Oreo cookie crust, served with raspberry sauce.  $5
